We outline the likely scope and cost in writing before any work begins. Clients are updated at each stage, and any change in scope is discussed and agreed before it affects the fee.
At the close of each matter, we provide a complete file of all documents prepared and correspondence held. We retain copies securely for the period required under Thai professional rules.
